My GMK set is missing a keycap or has a defective keycap

If your GMK set is missing a keycap, or has a defect, please reach out to customer support with a photo of the issue and your order number within 14 days of delivery. Starting with GMK Crème, all GMK sets will include an RFID tag with a QR code. Please include a photo of this tag with your claim.

For issues with defects, a blemish that is visible from typing distance (approximately 50cm) when they keycap is mounted for typical use would be considered outside of tolerances. Please submit a photo of the defect from around 50cm for review.
