How can I cancel my order?

Please send us a message by clicking the "Ask" tab at the top of this beacon. Include your order number (not your PayPal transaction) and request that your order be cancelled. Please use the same email address used to place the order. As long as the order hasn't entered fulfillment, we can typically cancel your order. If your message is sent outside of support hours there is a chance your order will be fulfilled before it can be cancelled.

For pre-orders older than 6 months, the refund will manually be submitted via PayPal. Please include your PayPal email or ID for these cancellations.

Any order cancellations above $150, or order edits that reduce the order total by more than $150, will be charged a 5% processing fee on the refunded amount, or refunded in full via store credit. Customers with a history of multiple cancellations or partial-refund edits will also be charged the same fee.
