How can I edit my order?
For domestic orders, we can typically add or remove items prior to the order being fulfilled. However, we cannot add or remove items to/from a preorder after the preorder period ends. If these criteria are met, please send a support message and include your order number (not PayPal transaction id) and request that we edit your order.
We are not able to edit International orders due to the customs declarations generated at the time of purchase. The order will need to be cancelled, and a new order placed for international order changes.
