Can I request a refund/return?

Yes, we allow returns within 14 days of receiving the item. The items must be unused and in brand new and sealed condition. Items wrapped in protective plastic wrap cannot have had this removed, or we cannot accept a return. Please note that clearance items and b-stock items are not eligible for returns.

For returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to NovelKeys_.
