Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. As long as the order hasn't shipped you can request to have your shipping address changed. Please send a support message with your order number and updated address. If the shipping address is being changed from domestic to international there will be an additional charge required.

Please note that updating the shipping address on your customer account will not correct the previously entered address on your existing orders. That needs to be done manually by us, so please send us a message to ensure you receive your order at the correct address!
