Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes, we can cancel preorders before the order ships out. Just send us a message with your order number that you would like cancelled. Please note that once a preorder is cancelled, it cannot be re-instated and you will not be able to re-join the preorder at a later date.

Any order cancellations above $150 will be charged a 5% processing fee or full refund via store credit.
